Property layouts for the financier's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this recent photograph drop is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in notations in red and contains a notes section detailing distinct sections of the land.
Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as designs for boat shelters.
Additional documentation made public as part of the continuing congressional process.
